What We Do
Simon House is a nonprofit organization that helps the less fortunate. We operate through a spirit of love and respect for all our brothers and sisters in Christ.
Assistance is provided to those who are eligible. A completed voucher is required to apply for assistance. Vouchers may be found at many local churches or other community agencies, as well as at Simon House. If approved, you may be eligible for various types of including rent, energy assistance (electric and gas), emergency housing, medical aid, transportation, household goods and furniture. We also give referrals and information on other agencies.
Food and Daily Needs Assistance
Through our food pantry we are able to help with canned goods and perishable items and other necessities such as baby formula, diapers, paper goods and toiletries.
We can provide clothing for emergency situations such as, but not limited to: fire, natural disasters, new refugee or immigrant status, or to help prepare for a job interview.
The store meets both physical and spiritual needs. In the chapel you will find peace, comfort, and God’s promises.
